One of the gas rings does not work. I have been told an engineer will fix the issue but no idea of when at all. Quite a problem when you have a family of five adults to cook for every night. Extremely disappointed.

Cooker looks great, the only fly in the ointment is it has come with a faulty ignition problem on one of the job burners. Engineer on the way I am told though.

- Shelves in the main oven are flimsy. Grill pan handle has to be bought separately!! Have to keep holding button to light the gas + pan holders are nice and sturdy

Lovely stylish oven, would definitely recommend, service was good and the fitters were helpful, clean and tidy.

Absolutely love my new cooker. Looks very stylish and works very good. Love the small oven also great for smaller portions and the larger oven is very spacious to. Overall I love it . Best cooker I have had . Would recommend this to anyone and everyone

Lovely cooker, now that it's fixed. An annoying problem where the front 2 hob burners wouldn't light when the oven fan was running. Stoves engineer discovered that 2 seals had been missed out during manufacture. My wife is over the moon with it now it's fixed. She's just cooked a ginger cake to absolute perfection and this cooker sure looks the business in our kitchen!

We needed to replace our old cooker and were undecided on which model/manufacturer to chose. We decided on the Stoves Sterling and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. We have only been using it for a week and so far it's been great, looks fantastic too.

Looks very smart in our kitchen. I am chuffed to bits with our purchase it really does set the kitchen off. I feel like a proud new owner of a well made bit of kit.
