    stoves built under double oven

    5/5
extremely happy with this oven. Having never had a double oven before I find the smaller oven invaluable as more often there is only myself and my husband at home. My only gripe is that there is no way of turning the lights in the ovens on independently for cleaning purposes

    Poor quality

    2/5
Having had a Stoves oven for the last 16 years we decided to get another one as our first one gave up the ghost. Expecting it to be as good quality as the last one we where very disappointed, the handles had very sharp edges and got so hot you had to use gloves to open the doors, the grill pan supplied also had sharp edges, the oven settings are underneath the knobs so you have to get under them to set the temperature. Overall not a lot of thought has gone into the design of this oven which is a great shame. After being extremely pleased with our first one I don’t think we will be buying another Stoves.

    stove cooker

I bought the stove cooker because I had one before this and I had it for 20 years so I renewed the same make of stove as it has been very reliable and would recommend this stove to anyone.

    Excellent oven & Hob

    4/5
Bought this gas oven to replace my old New World oven, so far I’m extremely pleased with its performance and appearance, it was extremely easy to fit and the advantage of the top oven is proving to be extremely useful. The only thing we are finding a bit strange is the electric grill, something we’ve never had before (we always had a gas grill) , it works with a simple on / off switch and no varied setting which is strange to us but I’m sure we’ll get used to it. Overall I would recommend this product. We also bought the matching Stoves hob that is also proving to be an excellent product, the ignition for lightning the individual gas rings is different from our old hob but it’s just a matter of getting used to it. Overall I would recommend this hob.

    Stoves built under oven

Disappointed that it is not supplied with a grill handle plus due to its newness it is smelling badly , this smell is quite acrid . Hope it burns off soon .

There aren't too many true double gas ovens to choose from if you need a built under workyop design but this one is the best of the lot. Sliding shelves are a nice safety feature but are a bit fiddly to re-position and clean, otherwise top marks.

    Not Practical

    2/5
The oven door opens downwards leaving it as a trip hazard if you forget also it can give you a nasty cut on your leg if you catch the door as it’s quite sharp . The hob is ok nothing special Now the piece de resistance is the grill when you receive the oven it comes with a grill pan but no Handel so it’s useless unless you purchase it separately? also the grill is electric and not controllable ,just the one setting off or on you have to move the grill pan up and down the separate levels to achieve any sense of control also quite odd is the fact if you turn the grill on off switch the other way it starts clicking to light the gas ? I personally think it’s a bad design fault or a cheap fix

    The best built under oven

    5/5
It would appear that manufacturers are "guiding " customers to go all electric or is this the fashion icons telling us electric is cheaper. With a gas oven there is a slightly different temperature through the oven which helps with baking This unit is sturdy with no fancy plastic bits except the control knobs Why buy this, to replace a similar unit that has stood the test of time and regular use Answer kitchen refurbishment
