I have now had this oven in use for about 3 months. I have to agree with many others that the telescopic shelving is a pain. It does not provide flexibility and as yet I have not worked out how to remove all the cleanable sides and runners to clean them. I have bought extra shelves to give use of use. Frequently when I put either oven on I cannot walk away and leave it as the gas goes out and there is a lot of clicking. Ignition in general is not consistent. It would be great if there was a light that told you when the correct temperature was reached although once the flame is established I believe it is reached quite quickly. The glass fronts are easy to clean because they remove. It looks nice

The oven is generally excellent - far better than the one it replaced. I did not know that you have order a handle for the grill pan as a separate item, so I don't have one.

changed from a electric Neff oven. this gas oven from stoves seems to be as good as we wanted

We bought this oven in November 2014, we found that cooking time is almost double that of our old 10 year old oven, the top oven will not ignite so no use, shelves are fiddly to change. In short it looks nice but do's not provide good value for money.

Good quality, programmer is not fully automatic like our previous Stoves double oven. When using the top oven the control knobs get very hot and the cooling fan is noisy

I bought this product to replace my old stoves double gas oven which lasted for 17 years. This new model is attractive and looks good in my kitchen. So far the results I have had have been good, especially baking cakes. I love the double oven and the electric grill. Down sides to this product are the fiddly telescopic shelf runners. (I would rather not have them), and there is no indicator light to let you know when the oven has reached temperature. I also think for the price Stoves could have included a handle for the grill pan.

We've had this oven just over a year now and compared to a freestanding Stoves cooker we had for many years it's quite a disappointment. We had problems lighting the bottom oven from the start and needless to say, when the Stoves man came to investigate it worked ok but is giving problems again so I am about to send for him again. As has been said in previous reviews, the telescopic shelving is quite restricting and because of the heat coming up the front, it makes it very hot to touch some parts. The light being on all the time seems a waste of energy and it goes off when you switch the oven off to take stuff out. Surely an on/off switch is a better solution. Also as mentioned in previos reviews, the switch indications could be clearer and the grill pan handle an extra, really? The top oven has given us no problems and overall when the bottom one lights, it works well and my wife says it's pretty.

This is a replacement for an earlier version which was left behind when we moved house. There's really no choice when looking for a built under double gas oven with grill, and I was perfectly happy with the previous version, so decided to have the same again. It's pretty similar, but in the intervening 6 years since I purchased the original, the built quality has definitely deteriorated. The shelves seem much more flimsy and a grill pan handle is seen as an additional extra (!!!). I am not a fan of the telescopic shelves - I like to have the flexibility of moving my shelves to different positions in the oven to cater for varying temperatures when cooking, and this is now not really possible. On a positive note, it's great to have the option of using the larger oven, the smaller one, or both, when catering for a large gathering. The grill is electric, and works well. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
