Perfect oven for our needs. Very easy to work. Heats up quickly and is efficient. Looks good too.

Really impressed by ao service from ordering to delivery it was excellent. Customer service was very good too as the first order was for an oven & hob package but sadly the hob was to wide and my cooker hood didn’t meet the safety specifications so the whole package had to be returned and a refund was promptly given. A new oven only was re-ordered and delivery was great , delivery guys were very friendly & professional. The oven is great glad I went for the Hotpoint, it’s roomy inside and I’ve baked & roasted with so far with great results, only downside it only has one rack but I don’t think it would be difficult to order an extra one though. Overall very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend ao

A straightforward oven at a reasonable price. From past experience I know I never use any fancy programmes or setting so with simple controls and only a handful of different settings this suits me perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because it only came with one shelf and had to buy another one. Would I buy it again? Time will tell but, as it stands after only a few weeks use, I certainly would.

Great microwave, not had the chance to test out all the various modes but the chocolate melting one works great - it doesn't split! For basic everyday re-heating which is what we use it for most it seems a lot faster than our old one despite being same power. Easy to clean and looks smart. Installation was also extremely easy too. Very pleased.
