Takes a long time to heat up to required temperature. The element has failed just over a year after purchase. Repeatedly buying kitchen appliances only to be let down by poor quality. Expect better from AO however I don't think they care about customer satisfaction, only sales figures.

Only used it twice and the second time the fan worked loose. Daren’t take the cover off in case it invalidated the warranty. Arranged an engineer to visit. An other day wasted.

WE HAVE BOUGHT MANY OVENS IN THE PAST NEVER HAVE I FOUND ONE WITH NO SHELVES YOU HAVE TO ORDER THEM SEPARATELY WHAT A NUISANCE WILL NOT BUY HOTPOINT AGAIN

Bit disappointed. It only came with 1 shelf. Also, there should have been 2 screws to fix to oven housing, but i got 1. Not a big problem. Maybe should have order another make. Too many useless oven settings.

This is the second oven I've had in the last twelve months I had a beko oven for home and decided to try a hotpoint for a rental property i have very disappointed with the quality its no where near the quality of the beko, After you've unpacked it you find out that you have to buy a grill pan as a extra

Lovely oven looked well made but bigger than manufacturers stated specs would not fit into hole it is 57 centimeters deep

The timer ping sound is ridiculously quiet - the fan drowns it out so useless. Setup for timer is also over engineered and complicated

The Hotpoint oven was delivered on time & the delivery men took away the old appliance & unpacked the new oven. Not used the oven yet as it's for a rental property, which is currently being re-decorated for re-letting!
