Delivery was quick and easy, ao price matched the oven over the phone as I found it cheaper elsewhere. Easy to install and comes with a plug attached. It does take a bit longer to heat up and we're getting used to the different settings and the timer but it works well and looks great.

Very pleased with the oven, very easy to fit, it was the same dimensions as the oven it was replacing, so it was a case of plug it in then slide it in position. So far seems to cook very well, haven't tried all the options yet, but so far so good.

Simple installation no electrician needed. The only downside is the ultra low timer alarm (unless your a mouse) so we use our Alexa for the timer. Other than that a great oven.

Very happy with the oven but just a few negatives. It takes too long to preheat, usually about 10 to 15 minutes. Even though I knew it came with 1 shelf, it should ideally come with 2 as to buy a second shelf is quite costly. Overall though I would recommend this oven.

Not had this oven for long but so far it seems to be good! Only issue I’ve had is that the socket it plugs into is directly behind the oven, so the oven doesn’t fit in properly, however I think this is an issue with my kitchen instead of the oven! Seems to cook food well, but could do with another wire rack. The knobs on the front turn very easily so could be knocked on accidentally, but you do need to turn both for it to start heating so this is probably unlikely.

Good looking oven and fits nicely. Knobs a little flimsey but ok. Outside gets very hot and makes the cupboards around it hot which is bit unsettling. No issues with heating time of temperature but only really used 2 of 9 settings.

Agree in total what the previous review states. Only one big problem lies with the timer alarm. When the alarm goes off I have to stand with my head touching the door to hear it. Hotpoint person re-assured that this was a deliberate built in feature as to not startle anyone in the vicinity when it went off. What a load of waffle! The oven does shut down at end of time but of course cooking continues for the next 10 minutes or so with the residual heat. Because of this I would not recommend the product for serious cake makers etc as burnt or over-cooked offerings could be had.
