This is 3rd time I have purchased goods from AO & yet again the service was superb. Would highly recommend. Communication and product was everything that was described

Really like the look of our new oven and works well. We do have to keep checking the instructions all the time at the moment as a lot to take in for the different types of cooking. Only down side, we would have liked another shelf, always used to be two, so not sure why this has changed.

Only recently installed so unable to comment on durability yet. Good basic oven, came with plug and fits into space in our kitchen. Works well enough and in time might be able to give it a higher rating. Looks good. Main criticism is it is only supplied with one shelf and one grill tray. Separately purchased an additional shelf at a cost of £14.75 which compliments it nicely.

Quiet fan and oven looks good. Takes longer to get up to temperature than my old Hotpoint but has more settings that are useful. Two shelves would be an improvement but overall the oven is value for money.

Didn't really give thought to accessories but with only 1 tray and 1 tray pan with NO inner grill tray disappointed Not great for a grilled but of cooking

An overall good oven. I like that it flashes until the temperature has been reached, then you can commence cooking at the right heat. I wish it came with 2 shelves, instead of only 1. And I wish it also came with a wire grill for the tray! Luckily I kept the one from my previous oven. So far, so good!

I’ve only had it one week. But so far it’s working well. Some nice features like programmable starting time - although it takes a bit to figure how to do it. It also lets you know when cooker has warmed to the set temperature which is good. So far I’m happy!
