Delivery was excellent knew exactly what time it was arriving old oven taken away as well. It was fitted in a matter of minutes looks good and does everything I need.

Quiet fan and oven looks good. Takes longer to get up to temperature than my old Hotpoint but has more settings that are useful. Two shelves would be an improvement but overall the oven is value for money.

We have put up with cheap and 2nd hand ovens for a few years now, so decided to treat our selves to a new oven. Needless to say, this is a world of difference for us. Everything is cooked evenly and tastes so much better. It being a standard plug fitting made it a doddle to install too.

Didn't really give thought to accessories but with only 1 tray and 1 tray pan with NO inner grill tray disappointed Not great for a grilled but of cooking

Great oven! you might need one more shelf which I removed from my old oven . Otherwise I’m really happy with this product cooks food great. No complaints from me would recommend definitely

I’ve only had it one week. But so far it’s working well. Some nice features like programmable starting time - although it takes a bit to figure how to do it. It also lets you know when cooker has warmed to the set temperature which is good. So far I’m happy!

Takes a long time to heat up to required temperature. The element has failed just over a year after purchase. Repeatedly buying kitchen appliances only to be let down by poor quality. Expect better from AO however I don't think they care about customer satisfaction, only sales figures.

Good cooker for the price , could do with another grill tray/rack as previous oven had 2 and these trays ;( and comes with 13 amp plug so that’s handy
