Product was damaged on arrival. I think it looks lovely and is good quality but the door was bent out of shape and doesn’t shut. New one apparently coming tomorrow

This is my third Stoves Dual Fuel cooker. My last one lasted 13 yrs and still going. But none have looked as classy as this one. I particularly like the Defrost and the Slow Cook functions on this as they're very useful along with the double size ring for woks.

Having used Stoves products in the past, it was as expected, really good. Only problem was the telescopic runners had been fitted upside down. After a long time on YouTube, I called and reported this. Very helpful girl from AO arranged a conference call with somebody from Stoves. The situation was explained and it was arranged for an engineer to attend and replace the wrongly fitted parts. I was very pleased, especially at this time of the year, to get an engineer attend some five days later. Only problem was that the replacement parts had not been ordered for his visit. After about 10 seconds he confirmed my suspicions that the parts had been fitted incorrectly. He then ordered the part while in my kitchen. This will result in another visit, already scheduled. Let’s hope he has the parts this time. Product is great, this has slightly taken the edge off it though.

So far I am delighted. The oven looks right at home; easy on the eye & easy to clean. Had forgotten what a difference a functioning oven can make & can't believe that the whole room doesn't get hot as this oven keeps its heat inside! The hob is great with the instantaneous heat of gas & the wok burner is a real treat... Can't wait to have crispy roast potatoes at the same time as crackling without having to decide which gets the top shelf... This oven will cook both wherever they are. Having the instant gas hob with the evenness of an electric oven is really my cooking dream come true...

be wary.....Thought this would be perfect in my kitchen and an excellent list of features. AO installed it and left instructing me to leave the ovens on for about 20 minutes. 15 minutes later, from the living room, i heard a loud pop and the fuse had blown. I called the engineer who said it must be a fault with the cooker as both he and the electrician who had moved the cooker switch the day before, had checked the electrics worked properly. He told me to turn the fuse back on and bang! I had such a fright and was really shocked--couldn't stop shaking. I could have been killed when I flipped the fuse box switch back up without having been told to turn the ovens off first. Both my electrician and the one who came to take it away from AO say the issue was with the cooker--was it a one off or is there a batch with a fault?
