Great fridge, but developed a fault quickly.

I like the look and really like the general solid feel and layout of the doors and drawers. I would say the freezer feels a little small, but that's not a big deal for me. The fridge section is huge and well laid out, with some flexibility on where you want the shelves. The light is bright, the temperature is easy to control, and the app (smarthings) seems to work fine.
However, after just a couple of months of use I noticed that there was water spilling onto the floor every time I opened the door. A slow leak has appeared in the ice/water dispenser. The AO website just directs you to the Samsung site for support. OA don't seem to be interested in the fault. The Samsung support site refused to allow me to open a support case because the model number was not recognised (even though the serial number was) - why do they need both? So I was force to call them, which was a rather painful experience with very poor call quality. The call took 31 minutes and was a total waste of time, I could have done it online in about 2 minutes. They have agreed to send an engineer to look at the fault. I will update this if I can after that has happened.
