Very nice and spacious fridge, had an issue on delivery that was solved between ao and samsung.

Great service, when initially installed small problem with the fridge water, Nick in customer services took my call and assured me he would rectify the problem He held me on the line and then connected me to the manufacturer’s help desk while staying connected to them and me while they gave me advice. Nick then said he would call me the next day to make sure the problem was sorted out, which he did exemplary service that guarantee’s I will recommend AO to my friends and family.

Really good size fridge. Functions are very good and seems to handle low temprerature effectively and efficiently. -1 star because the outside of the fridge feels like cheap plastic, including the handles. Was expecting better quality for the price.

Great fridge freezer. So much more usable space in the fridge and the freezer design is great you can get to any of the food and see exactly what you have. No more forget about buts tucked at the back.

I like the look and really like the general solid feel and layout of the doors and drawers. I would say the freezer feels a little small, but that's not a big deal for me. The fridge section is huge and well laid out, with some flexibility on where you want the shelves. The light is bright, the temperature is easy to control, and the app (smarthings) seems to work fine. However, after just a couple of months of use I noticed that there was water spilling onto the floor every time I opened the door. A slow leak has appeared in the ice/water dispenser. The AO website just directs you to the Samsung site for support. OA don't seem to be interested in the fault. The Samsung support site refused to allow me to open a support case because the model number was not recognised (even though the serial number was) - why do they need both? So I was force to call them, which was a rather painful experience with very poor call quality. The call took 31 minutes and was a total waste of time, I could have done it online in about 2 minutes. They have agreed to send an engineer to look at the fault. I will update this if I can after that has happened.

Did our research and slithered between this and another brand. Really glad we went for this one. It has a huge amount of space for the size and the deli drawer is really handy. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Looks fantastic but I can’t see the point of the mid drawer. I thought it was an option chiller or freezer. It’s just a fridge and pretty pointless.
