Terrible defrost doesn’t work literally had it going for 20 mins. Wish I’d sent it back.

there is nothing bad I can say about the microwave or service. Great value for money. It is compact and with all the product detail supplied I was able to get exactly what I needed. It looks good and is really easy to use the timer is very easy to set manually getting the exact heating time needed and with the variations of power settings you can reduce output if you are heating something that does not need full power. Very pleased with the product the look and usage. Buying from AO was so easy and straight forward right through to delivery and removal of the old microwave saving me lots of hassle trying to get rid of it myself - wish more companies would offer this service, would definitely purchase from this company again.
