I thought this was a great little microwave until I come home 2 hrs after using to find kitchen full of strong smell of something burning. Finally identified it was microwave. The side and bottom continued to get even hotter even though shut off. Had to put outside as thought it may go on fire! It's only just over a year old.

A nice microwave while it worked! Think twice about the device Used maybe 3 times a week for a 90 year old and now has failed. It appears to work, except, does not heat up.

Absolutely no negatives to this microwave! Our favourite part of this microwave is the handy little buttons it has: popcorn, pizza, jacket potatoes and frozen vegetables. This is handy to have and the popcorn setting in particular has been great! You can also defrost based on weight or choose your own time,(we always do time but I think this is a good option to have). There are also buttons to reheat tea or coffee and reheat dinner plate, the latter which we use quite a lot! The microwave is powerful compared to our old one, and doesn't take as long to heat food through properly which is a bonus. The noise level of this microwave is, I would say, completely standard for a microwave - thankfully not too loud and we've found it really simple to use. Would definitely recommend this product!

I ordered this microwave based on the sizes shown in the description. However when the microwave got delivered and I tried to put my plate in it would not fit! The opening sizes on the description were not accurate. The sizes shown in the description are for the inside of the microwave as it opens up inside. The actual opening size is 3cm smaller which will not take a slightly larger plate.

I like this very much. It’s not too small to be able to use the dishes I want in it but it fits perfectly into the area assigned. Smart and easy to clean and not too complicated. Does everything I want it to.

This microwave replaces a 34 year old Sharp microwave, which is still going strong, but just looks very big and brown and old fashioned in my new kitchen. I have to say it does not seems nearly as substantial as the old one, but it seems to do everything I need. I do not use a microwave a great deal, so I am confident that this will be fine. If it lasts as long as the old one, it will outlast me!!!!

It’s a great size but my old microwave had a one stop button wit 30 seconds increases this one doesn’t Also when it finishes a cycle a warning sound starts but it still doesn’t stop even after we open its door That’s a bit annoying
