Damaged on Delivery

I love Bosch gas hobs, but this was a bitter disappointment.
The hob arrived speedily and in safe packaging.
However one unpacked both the gas installer and myself noticed a dent in the front edge of the stainless steel hob.
On further inspection we noticed that the polystyrene packaging and the box were in pristine condition. Therefore the damage must have occurred at the Bosch production process before the hob was packaged.
The company clearly need a better QA system for their products.
