This is the third Panasonic microwave I have had. They have all given good service for many years. This microwave has the ability to cook using steam. I admit I was sceptical about it but have found it a fantastic way to cook vegetables, fish etc. using the steam feature certainly assists in retaining the flavours. All the other functions are equally as good and useful especially as there are many presets which assists in taking the guessing out of which power setting etc to use. The cleaning function is a good feature. I use white vinegar with bicarbonate of soda to loosen any splashes and then use the clean feature resulting in a very clean oven. The only thing I think could be better is the buttons on the front which blend in and are difficult to see in low light, but other than that I would fully recommend this microwave.

Lovely microwave, has lots of functions and super easy and friendly to use. Highly recommend if you have the pennies to buy - not a cheap microwave. Only needs a light touch to use, no slamming doors or pressing buttons hard. Only thing is it doesn't have a turn table but you soon get used to that. Love the fact it has a cleaning function and tells you when it needs cleaning.

this is not relate to the product, the product is excellence, I had use this kind of microwave for over 20 years. I want to talk about the delivery experience, the DPD delay multiple times for delivery and the product is place under the mail box at ground floor of my apartment. Which is different as the customer service said the product will place in front of my door. which I have mentioned at my "leave driver a message". I felt bad, the delivery is really not to the expected level.

Perfect combi microwave. I especially like the steam function - perfect for Chinese dumplings!

This is my third Panasonic combination microwave and will always recommend this make. Haven’t used big oven in years. Bakes lovely cakes and pies. Find it difficult to read to read symbols on this model as they are too dark.

Bought to replace our old Panasonic which decided it's had enough (used several times aa day for a few years) Didn't realise until we got this how noisy our other had become. This is so quiet, easy to clean with smooth sides and no turntable....that's taking some getting used to, keep thinking it's stuck ??. The sensor reheat is fantastic and so quick, quieter 'beep' when finished than previous model. Just love it, no complaints at all so far.
