Bought in Nov 2022. Unfortunately it was faulty. Sometimes cut out during microwaving and also display kept going onto pre programmed settings and wouldn't display the clock. Ao passed us to Panasonic who arranged for a repair company - 4 hours away - to pick it up and repair. We were without it for more than a week with no update and when I phoned I was told further parts required that will take another 6 weeks to arrive! Panasonic customer service was terrible. Would not buy from them again.

Am starting to get to know the oven now, and generally enjoying it. Like many other reviews, the functions are really difficult to see without the light on. Am also finding the steaming up on normal microwave programme (profuse in some cases) a bit disconcerting. Keeps the inside nice and clean though. Not having a turntable still seems a little counter intuitive, but I am getting used to it as results are generally good. All in all, I am pleased with the results I am getting and looking forward to trying out new things.

This oven is nothing short of brilliant with it's smart re heating function that really does work, the steam and cleaning functions. Absolutely ideal for a solitary 72 year old like me who bulk cooks and uses the reheat function a lot. Fortunately the reheat function is the default function and all you need to do is close the door and press the button but all the other functions although faultless in operation are hampered by the very poor display which in some lighting conditions is practically invisible! If ever a backlight was needed Panasonic this is one of those occasions.

Works really well, very efficient and effective. Bought to use in my new home where I don't have a conventional oven, and with this I don't need one. Oven-cooked food is moister and evenly cooked than in my old electric fan-assisted oven. Microwave excellent. Haven't tried steaming yet....

Impressive functionality but let down by the difficult to read display

Great piece of equipment. Very easy to use, low usage costs, compact and easy to clean. Marked down 1 star as it could have been clearer that this model doesn't offer a combination setting for oven and microwave together. It does all other combinations though

this is not relate to the product, the product is excellence, I had use this kind of microwave for over 20 years. I want to talk about the delivery experience, the DPD delay multiple times for delivery and the product is place under the mail box at ground floor of my apartment. Which is different as the customer service said the product will place in front of my door. which I have mentioned at my "leave driver a message". I felt bad, the delivery is really not to the expected level.

This looks like a great and versatile product. I would have liked more recipes. I can't seem to get the steaming of vegetables right. Are they best on a glass oven tray or a different container? Tried green beans on auto and they were too hard to eat. I thought I could bake bread from scratch and add a steam shot at the start as I make lots of sourdough but I don't feel confident to try this. I would say, think carefully if you need all the functions the oven offers . I do really like not having a turntable though. I feel I don't know how to make the most of the features.
