Microwave door not flush with unit.

    3/5
We like Panasonic, but with this item, we were under the impression that the whole unit was metal, but the door is plastic and flimsy. We only unboxed it a few days ago, but already it has a fault with the door. It doesn't align flush with the right hand panel. {Top does, bottom doesn't). I am worried that this is detrimental to the use of the oven, especially if the problem gets worse. It has probably had some strain put on it, to push it out at the bottom. Mr. Harrison.

    A Way To Improve Service

    3/5
Product delivered and old removed. Everything as advertised. The two staff could offer to remove new microwave from packaging and place as required. Awkward to do alone with bulky and heavy item, especially into elevated position. Could have been an expensive drop.

    Disappointing

    3/5
This microwave was to replace a worn out unit by Panasonic which was 14 yrs old, but basically. However this new one is noisy, the turntable rotates in jerks and they have discontinued the lower level stand. I am very disappointed.

    Purchasing issues

For some reason when I tried to buy this through top cash back it wouldn't go through . No problem when bought direct. Quick delivery and good microwave

    Comparison with micro-wave only

    4/5
I bought this rather than the standard, similar, micro-wave only model because it was available in white and the other was not. Have used the standard oven part a couple of times but found that cakes cook on the top and outside rather quicker than in the middle. I think a bit more experimentation is required. the micro-waves are not as fine tuned as in the other model, you can't reduce their power in the same way. So far it works OK but not sure there is any advantage to it.

    Panasonic Combination Microwave

    4/5
I had a Panasonic combination microwave for 20 years so I thought I would replace it with a similar model. Although I am pleased with the performance of my new microwave, build quality isn’t quite what it was and it feels a bit flimsy compared to its predecessor. For example, when you press the open door button the microwave moves in spite of its size and the metal stand doesn’t look very robust. I am still glad I bought it though as it’s a Which? best buy and I hope it will give as good service as my previous one.

    Good microwave and oven

    4/5
It’s a very good oven and microwave The only small issue is when you preheat the oven, unless you hear the beep that it has preheated, it’s not that clear when it’s reaches the target temperature

    Relatively easy to use

    4/5
Larger than our previous Panasonic microwave, but it is pretty easy to use and we are happy with it!
