Just out of warranty and surprise its starting to fail for £800 you don't get much nowadays don't rely on the water and ice making facilities they don't last long

I’m writing this review 3 months after purchase . Had I written it when I got it it would be 5 star but it has become apparent there is a large design flaw in this fridge freezer . The air created by closing the fridge door opens the freezer door by just a slight amount meaning that it will then defrost without you noticing . The first few times I blamed others in the home for not closing it . Now I know this is this not the case I’ve had all the ice dispenser melt over the floor and it creates large ice crystals as it struggles to stay cold as not sealed . Terrible design flaw .

Problems with the ice dispenser since bought. First of all it didn’t dispense and a new part was sent but now it dispenses everywhere and goes all over the floor rather than in the glass!

came with an error on the ice machine, e6. working to get it replaced now.

Nice looking and pretty well made machine... but the water dispenser failed completely on week #2 and then we got into a dreadful performance from Hisense Fridgemaster's 3rd party repairer...in this case 0800repair who never kept any 1 of 3 appointments we had made...loads of empty promises..but no engineers AO are very good to be fair.... but they kick you off to the manufacturer AKA a 3rd. party repairer the minute there's trouble so we swapped/upgraded to an LG. This too..developed a similar fault... all quite disappointing

Purchased the item and the front has several marks on the door, disappointed with this however the fridge/freezer works well and does what it should.

The fridge itself seems really well thought out with some small touches that help. But that planning didn't extend to a wine rack which i really thought would be a given. The surface on the outside is easily smudged and shows up every single touch and be warned, that if you use a paper towel to clean it, it will generate micro scratches so the exterior won't stay looking nice for long. After spending hours staring at the inside of the fridge I decided that it really did need a wine rack and/or another shelf. It has space for 4 but only comes with 3. So searched using 5 major online spares companies but none even recognised the model which was a worry, so had no spares. So I called Fridgemaster, but it isn't Fridgemaster it's a parent company Called Hisense. Now they didn't actually recognise the model number either which gives me even more cause for concern as I have paid for an extended warranty. And no, they don't do a wine rack for this model apparently and have no idea how to go about getting another shelf. So all in all it's a worrying situation where they company doesn't actually exist despite claiming "We believe that manufacturers need to be there after the sale" and the parent company doesn't even know how to get spares. Kind of regretting this purchase now and concerned for any future problems. Look, water and ice dispenser is ok. But it does seem to throw ice around a bit and you will always miss some which will end up on the floor and water flows very slowly.

Looks great and in the end should be ok but Ice maker does not work, hopefully in the end it will be five stars but for now three.
