I am still learning to use it so can't say too much. It is a bit more complicated than my last Microwave ( but that was really an old one ). I could probably do with a few lessons and I expect a 10 year old would find it no problem at all !!

Looks quite good for a microwave, does what it's supposed to. Being able to change the power level is a good feature (not sure if most microwaves do this, it's been a while since I've had one like this), however, knocked off one star as the controls are not as intuitive as you would hope (I suspect most MW suffer from this though). A quick read of the instructions should put you straight but leave it nearby for quick reference.

Good product - easy to use out of the box. Repeat beep if you don’t open the door is, however, a little annoying.

We bought two of the same model and one came with an interior light not working. However AO replaced it with a different microwave as this one was no longer available. This process was easy and efficient. The microwave that was working is easy to use, powerful and has a good sized plate to fit larger dinner plates. The ceramic interior is easy to clean but it’s a bit dark inside even with the working light.

Takes a bit longer to warm up food than my last microwave. Besides that, I do love the look of this microwave.

It's a good Microwave, cooks food really well, dead easy to use and so intuitive. The slight let down for me is that a little too dark inside as the light isn't bright enough for you to see how your food is cooking/warming up.

It’s been easy to use, so far. I was able to set the clock without referring to the book so that gives you a good idea of how intuitive it is. In saying that, I’ve only used it to heat up leftovers (but what else do you use microwaves for?)

Easy to use quick settings, very user friendly.
