This is a quality product which is very easy to use. It looks great and has some well thought out features, my favourite being the deodorisation button. You can stop the turntable from going round for those large rectangular baking dishes, you can turn the sound off or on, and you can even adjust the power settings, it's wonderful. This microwave also heats very evenly and is easy to clean. Why didn't I buy this microwave sooner. I am very happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

It’s fine, it’s a microwave.

It's a tidy and attractive unit with simple set up and use logic, that works exactly as required. We never use any of the fancy features on any microwave that we ever purchased, and this one is no exception, so cannot comment on any of the more sophisticated options available. But I have just warmed up my cold mug of coffee with just 2 x 30 second button presses. The door handle does flex a little, as per other reviews, but no one has reported a failure with this that I could find, but I have also registered with Samsung for my 2 year warranty......just in case!

Although the manual is not very comprehensive, the machine works really well. I love the fact you can disengage the turntable for larger dishes - that is a big plus for a combi microwave fan. I have written a recipe book for combis and bought this one for my son. He loves it. The first dish - roast beef - was an absolute triumph in next to no time! It saves an awful lot of fuel if used properly. This Samsung combi microwave is great value for money!

We bought two of the same model and one came with an interior light not working. However AO replaced it with a different microwave as this one was no longer available. This process was easy and efficient. The microwave that was working is easy to use, powerful and has a good sized plate to fit larger dinner plates. The ceramic interior is easy to clean but it’s a bit dark inside even with the working light.

Ok - slightly smaller turntable than previous same litre sized microwave we had, lots settings wont be used. Ceramic internal coating looks like a winner.

Good microwave, does exactly what it's supposed to

Fab microwave to replace an old one that conked out without warning. Love the nice big size to suit the family. So easy to use. Variable wattage. Lovely.
