2nd one of these we've had, and broke within 6 months

Quick delivery, however the inside plate on the wall where the magnet is, had a hole in it. Took many phone calls with AO then Samsung, I had to jump through so many hoops just to get an engineer to come out. The engineer came out says it’s needed a part and I had to wait. All the meantime I couldn’t use the microwave I’ve just paid £162 for. Tried to reach out to AO to explain I’m not overly happy but they weren’t interested. I’ve had it a while now and waiting for the part so I’ve not used it. The microwave is a good size and looks nice. Only other comment I can make is the door seems a bit flimsy.

Very flimsy door!!! and the catches are very flimsy on the inside of door, could easily snap off, also I could see cables through the opening where the catches enter the door, all in all not worth the money, feels very cheap. Sent it back, still waiting for refund!!!!!

Although 1000 watt takes longer to cook!

It’s fine, it’s a microwave.

The door flexes as you open it, and sometimes the whole microwave moves forward when you open the door. It definitely feels cheap and flimsy, not very sturdy at all.

Good microwave. Has a slick finish to it and looks excellent in our kitchen. Fits large plates and bowls and has a good distribution of heating the food in the plate rather than just the plate itself. We had a russel hobbs before this Samsung which was a little larger and the door sturdier and that’s why I dropped it to 4 stars.

I do like the new microwave but have to get using it as the one we had was the old type which was a clock timer bought around 1985 &this one is completely different.
