Simple to use , does what it says on the tin.

This is the second Samsung microwave we have had; the first one served us well for over 20 years. So far it works well with simple to understand controls and some very useful functions, notably the high power rating (1000 watts), quick defrost facility and deodorisation control for use after any strong after cooking smells. Haven't tried the other facilities yet so I can't comment. Fits well in our kitchen.

Great product bigger than we thought. Think it will last much longer than our previous microwaves - due to the ceramic coating inside.

Only had the item for just over week, so far so good. Great defrost function, nice ceramic interior. Black door means you cannot see inside the oven. This is not a hardship(for me)as everything is automated, so why would you want to look inside.Just my opinion

Great product for the price. Shame the door/hinge does not line up. Otherwise a great buy.
