The best feature is the enamel interior, but it is spoilt by having an annoying dirt trap just inside the door at the top, heaven knows why they felt the need to build this irritating feature into the unit. As other people have said - the door isn't as robust as other makes, but I guess it is capable of it's job, ours has some cosmetic moulding damage on the rim of the door and also a sharp bit of metal on the top door support. As also mentioned by other reviewers, the power seems much less than our previous ones, although it's billed as being 1000 watts (which is higher power than the previous ones we have had) it takes much longer to do everyday tasks, with our previous microwave a minute would make the food or drink really hot, this one is no where near as efficient. The light is bright when the door is open, but you can barely see anything when the door is closed. Based upon the issues above I wouldn't buy another Samsung Microwave, if it gives long service I may soften towards it, but so far we have been extremely disappointed with it.

Love this microwave, it is so easy to use with the turning dial. It is a really good size for a medium family and looks great too.

Fit for purpose & powerful microwave. Since purchasing it has cooked/reheated everything very well. Really pleased with the purchase and happy that I went with the higher powered model. Easy to set up & use. Easy to clean.

Lovely size,numerous functions, nice looking and easy to operate.One of the best part of this microwave is that the inside cavity is ceramic and so easy to clean with a quick wipe round. As it is 1000w power food cooks quickly.To sum up this is a brilliant buy for comparatively small cost!

I was struggling to find a replacement microwave that would fit into my existing cavity. Whilst slightly smaller than my original, this was the closest fit I was able to find and now that it is installed, it looks great. The feature set is comprehensive for my needs, the buttons are clear and it is easy to determine what function they have, without having to decipher some cryptic symbol. It's a powerful 1000W which can be adjusted downwards as low as 100W depending on your needs and what you are microwaving. The ceramic internals make it easy to clean and it is quieter than my original microwave. For the price, you may be able to find a combination microwave oven. However, I never used other features (grill, etc) on my previous microwave, so it wasn't a key feature for me. Overall I'm pleased and happy with the microwave.

Great microwave which is easy to set up and use in a few minutes. The clock and timer are simple to set and the beep when ready can be easily heard. There are also different settings to help. The light and grid ate to the side which means they do not clog up quickly and can be simply cleaned.
