The best feature is the enamel interior, but it is spoilt by having an annoying dirt trap just inside the door at the top, heaven knows why they felt the need to build this irritating feature into the unit. As other people have said - the door isn't as robust as other makes, but I guess it is capable of it's job, ours has some cosmetic moulding damage on the rim of the door and also a sharp bit of metal on the top door support. As also mentioned by other reviewers, the power seems much less than our previous ones, although it's billed as being 1000 watts (which is higher power than the previous ones we have had) it takes much longer to do everyday tasks, with our previous microwave a minute would make the food or drink really hot, this one is no where near as efficient. The light is bright when the door is open, but you can barely see anything when the door is closed. Based upon the issues above I wouldn't buy another Samsung Microwave, if it gives long service I may soften towards it, but so far we have been extremely disappointed with it.

Love this microwave. The inside is bigger than my old one and it has many features such as defrost, soften butter, and deodoriser for use after cooking smelly food such as fish. It also offers a variety of wattages from 1000 to 650. Just take your pick! Despite all this,, it is reasonable priced and simple to use - it needs to be for a non- technical person like myself!!! Best microwave I have ever had. Great size, I can microwave food using my square plates heyyyy... it had many functions which is amazing. I made a chocolate microwave cake the other day lol. The silver colour complements my fridge, toaster and kettle. I can happily say, you can definitely buy this product.
