It heats food up REALLY slowly! My previous microwave was 900w vs the 800w of this one but difficult to believe 100w can make such a big difference. It takes at least twice as long to heat the same food. The defrost function works well.

I have used this microwave a few times now. It looks nice, it's easy to clean but on the down side it doesn't seem as powerful as the last microwave I had. It takes almost and extra minute to heat a cup of milk compared to my old microwave which was only cheap.

I should have paid more attention to the other reviews! You cannot see through the very black glass door to what's cooking inside which means if your timings are too high you cannot prevent a boil over. And also, I spent a good half an hour searching on the internet for a proper set of instructions. I agree with a previous reviewer who said the instructions in the box are not good enough. I don't think I'd buy this one again!

Nice compact microwave. Only niggle is dial feels cheap and doesn’t turn well. Old model, dial included power button, which I much preferred.

Would be good if there were words rather than just images above the controls - isn't very intuitive

Good microwave, does the job, just with the inner light was a bit brighter, which is the reason for 4 stars. I have not tried all the options available but so far it works.

Does exactly what it needs to, quality product, good material and the bonus of a bowl for use in it. Easy clean Inside. Only issue is the child lock is easy to undo.

Very nice oven but I would have liked a more comprehensive book of cooking instructions to come with the oven.
