I should have paid more attention to the other reviews! You cannot see through the very black glass door to what's cooking inside which means if your timings are too high you cannot prevent a boil over. And also, I spent a good half an hour searching on the internet for a proper set of instructions. I agree with a previous reviewer who said the instructions in the box are not good enough. I don't think I'd buy this one again!

I have used this microwave a few times now. It looks nice, it's easy to clean but on the down side it doesn't seem as powerful as the last microwave I had. It takes almost and extra minute to heat a cup of milk compared to my old microwave which was only cheap.

We like the enamel interior (previous Samsung had paint finish which was flaking), and the rotary timer knob which allows you to make fine adjustments to cooking time. We are not so keen on the black glass and dim bulb which make viewing contents difficult. I have put felt pads on the feet to protect the worktop. Mystified by single rubber foot at front right corner.

This model looks good, feels sturdy and so far is working well.. I haven't yet tried all the different settings. A really nice touch that it came with a steam bowl which I hadn't expected.

Great microwave, very quiet and nice looking

So far so good we used to have a sharp 900w with a slightly larger turn plate so wasn't sure if our plates would fit in ok but thankfully the do and have found this samsung one to be the perfect size and also amount of watts. Cooks things great first time no reheating having to cook things linger than the packet suggests. I really like the power save function simple press of the buttons its done, also cleaning is nice and easy. I did hear about it being hard to see into when cooking I agree its a little dark but didn't seem to find it that much of a problem for me.
