I am disappointed with this mixer, I chose Bosch as I thought this brand would be sturdy and reliable. The overall appearance of the mixer is fine, but the beaters are fiddly to position correctly, stiff to attach and push into place. The eject button to remove the beaters is wobbly and you have to push it so hard to get the beaters to eject, I had to push the button and pull hard to remover them! The motor promises to be faster and stronger the the Kenwood I had intended to retire (it isn't) and seems ridiculously slow and lacking in power. I should return it really, but not sure I have the will ...

Although a reasonable price, it would be better to go for a more substantial model. This is cheap feeling and would only be good for occasional use.

The reason I've gave this item a three star is because I haven't got around to using it , its been out the box and been inspected so far every thing is there and looks value for the money and so a good beginner's kitchen hand mixer.

Little smart and very handy friend, silent , excellent to make a mashed potatoes or similar but struggle with a bred dough .

I was a little disappointed with this as I thought it would be an upgrade on my previous hand mixer because it was a Bosch product. It seems to take longer to mix up the cake mixture and not remove lumps as easily as my old cheap machine and not have much power. However I like that the cord wraps around the machine (there is a grove where the cable can stay when not in use) and the beaters are easily removed from the machine after use.

Good selection of speeds and I like the way it stands securely on its end. Would prefer the speed selection switch to be along he body rather than across it for easier operation but not really a big deal. However the mixer makes a disconcerting 'clonk' when you turn it on or off which is off-putting. I'm hoping it doesn't mean it won't last.

Basic but does the job intended. Very lightweight and good for price.
