Microwave seems fine but it takes a few presses of the button to get the timer up to set time for heating food. Apart from that it’s a great combi microwave. Family of 3 plus regular guests.

So good so far, lots of different ways of cooking.

Great product - powerful and easy to use with good combi features. My only minus is that the one I've just bought is a replacement for one that died after 4 years heavy use. Maybe my bad luck - but a longer life would have been welcome for the price.

OK for 2 years and then the panel buttons started not responding. This seems to be a really common fault with Samsung microwaves and it's now unusable as the 'Start' button doesn't work. Samsung refused to acknowledge any fault and AO are impossible to contact - avoid.

Very pleased so far. Still have to read the manual for everything bar basic microwave, but that's because it does so much more! I'm sure it will get easier and save time and money on energy bills.

It’s a very big oven, unless you’re buying a simple microwave that seems to be the norm, the booklet is fairly descriptive, but could do a little better, the actual microwave is ok, but the sense controls only works with certain functions so not when you are just reheating food for 2-3 mins. I personally wouldn’t advise using the high rack for some reasons as you do get sparks at times.m eg when cooking breaded jalapeños filled with cream cheese and salmon fillet. I’ve only had it a week so the jury is still out.

Second one of these I’ve bought. Does the job quickly and economically. Very versatile piece of equipment.
