Early days, but seems to be doing what it should. I tend to cook small amounts and it is a bit trial and error to know how long things need.

Good product, poor User Guide. The microwave is excellent - smart, solid and with all necessary accessories, and the non- microwave Hot Blast oven facility means I’m saving electricity and money by not using my conventional oven. The User Guide however is poor - poorly written, misleading in places and if you don’t have one of their standard dishes, difficult to interpret and apply to your own dish; it seems to be written by an expert who is so close to the item that he cannot describe its use to a novice.

Good combination microwave. Easy to clean

Great oven, good size and seems well built. Many aspects are very intuitive and well built. Overall we're very happy and this is definitely an upgrade to our Microwave of many years. It's difficult to use the more targeted programmes as they're all based on numbers so the manual has to be referenced each time, improvements would include: 1. A plasticised reference chart, table or something would be a great / practical addition or way to ensure all programmes can easily be referenced when cooking. 2. The manual could be more user friendly, particularily explaining what each 'mode' essentially consists of, for example 'your over has 3 cooking/heating functions: (1) microwave, (2) convection over, (3) grill. Then 'Microwave is microwave only', 'Hot blast is a combination of xyz', etc. We were also a little disappointed in the 'hot blast' feature. We assumed this was similar as what other brands advertise as 'air fryer' mode and 'hot blast' was perhaps Samsung's proprietary feature. But basically 'hot blast' seems to be a combination of grill / convection oven / microwave -- we're still figuring this out. And we're not sure how this matches or differentiates from other brands that advertise 'air fryer' mode, which would be nice to understand.

it seems to have many options, but it is very different to my last one which i loved. but sadly died on me. Maybe over time i will learn to use this one. I live alone, rarely use my cooker, i buy lots of ready meals as saves keeping a big stock of ingredients, i am vegetarian . So things cook quite quickly.

Excellent product even though first time user of microwave/combi found it user friendly. Purchased product whilst renovating kitchen so basically a life saver for meal times.

Good build quality, quieter than most microwaves I've had, haven't tried out all the functionality some I'll never use such as dough proving and yoghrt making
