All bells a whistles but ours broke after a week

    2/5
Noticed a few days after it arrived a couple of corners looked like it had a paint repair done on it, have a feeling it was a refurbished item we got. It broke 1 week after receiving, thought we'd go down the warranty route to get a fix, had to be sent away, the contractor Samsung use for their warranty repairs are awful, took over a month to be fixed and has now returned damaged, dented, scratched. Wish we'd just returned it back to AO.

    Still practicing!

I needed a new microwave and thought if I upgraded I need not use my gas oven so much. It's been successful so far but a bit hit and miss as the brochure is not helpful - hence the three stars.

Not as good as I expected

I have to say that I am disappointed as it is very plasticky on top and instructions are complex, the booklet is cheap and will probably fall into pieces within weeks. My worst purchase from Samsung

Great Combi but you would expect something more from Samsung

    3/5
It's a great combi microwave, especially the interior in ceramic is quite pretty and easy to clean. We tried a few functions and they worked decently even though we doubled sometimes the size to properly defrost some dough (there's not the dough option to defrost but the bread one, so it might be because of that) and the sensor function for a drink just reheat your tea water more than almost boil it. The bad things are in our opinion the size, I wasn't expecting it so big and surely I've seen 28L microwaves that are way slimmer than this, and the noise when functioning. You would expect something better from Samsung and the price you paid but it's the combi functionalities that probably get all the value.

    Lovely looking microwave

Complicated to use and if I checked out reviews before ordering I would have definitely had another brand . Constantly looking in instruction booklet but this is confusing grrr

Can't use oven without the grill element coming on.

    3/5
It is a good microwave with quite a few features. The only thing I don't like about it, is that you can't use the oven without the grill element coming on as well. Burns the top of the food if it isn't covered. I have read through the manual many times trying to find out how to use the oven without the grill coming on and it doesn't look like you can. If anyone has figured it out please let me know and I will amend this review.

    First impressions

    3/5
We have only had this microwave for a couple of weeks and haven't explored any of the options other than the basic microwave function yet. I do like the look of this appliance & like the functions it does offer. I like the ease of adjusting the timing +/- when heating. Definitely need to refer to the instruction book initially. It does seem to take a lot longer to heat things like mugs of milk for hot chocolate. I would say it takes twice the time than my old machine. The turntable is also a little 'juddery' when in turns.

    Still learning

    3/5
I am still learning about this microwave. I had it for several days before my grandson was able to read the instructions and tell me how to get started. I can now microwave and am using the hot blast, but there are still many things that I have to learn. This is about the 10th machine I have purchased over the years and the first that I have had trouble learning how to do simple things.
