Recently bought as very old combi micro packed up. Love the many functions, have so far done many baked potatoes using grill/ micro option, great for the grandchildren as only takes 10 mins. Love the crusty plate, have used for pizza and wedges- great results. For me the best thing is the dough proving, especially now it’s winter, I make my dough and 40 mins in the oven and ready for the next stage. Only downside is the instruction manual, some translations not good ( recipients instead of receptacles) and the instructions are not clear, I find I need to refer to it and guess. Also would like rough idea of times when using auto functions so meals can be planned. Door feels flimsy but hopefully okay. Wire trays not flat in middle so hard to place things centrally.

Do not buy this microwave. I have been going backwards and forwards with Samsung about this. Like everyone else who has bought it, the buttons have all stopped working after just two years. This is not good enough for a product with such a large price. Samsung do not seem interested at all and just keep apologising that I feel this way but it is just general wear and tear. This is clearly not the case when you look at reviews, especially on the Samsung website.

After two years light use of microwave feature only, the on button is no longer working. Having just read reviews elsewhere, it appears to be a common fault and Samsung appear to be disinterested. I now have the dilemma of pricing up a repair or buying a new microwave. Either way I am out of pocket. I certainly wish I'd chose another brand. Needless to say, I certainly won't be in a hurry to buy another Samsung product again.

When it works it is very good. However, it periodically switches it self off for no apparent reason and stops working until you switch it off at the mains and on again. It is well ventilated and it is not due to overheating. Samsung site is not able to help.

So much better than my last (Galanz) microwave. This actually has a grill that works, and I love the hot blast feature, cooks really well, and faster than a normal convection oven. The microwave + grill is great for baked potatoes, come out really nice. Well pleased.

I have to say that I am disappointed as it is very plasticky on top and instructions are complex, the booklet is cheap and will probably fall into pieces within weeks. My worst purchase from Samsung

This really is more than just a microwave, and given the amount of functions is making me wonder whether I really need all of my other appliances!! Along side the microwave function, there's the oven, the grill and a very cool frying option where you can even make chips from scratch and with just a teaspoon of oil on the special frying plate they include you get crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside home made chips! Bye bye deep fat fryer! ?? The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that it is complicated to use. I've not managed to get through the instruction manual yet, but once I find the time, I'll have a really good play with it, as it's a little more than just pressing start and stop! One other point - check the measurements. I was slightly surprised at the size as the unit is quite big.
