I bought this Samsung Easy View™ MC28M6075CS 28 Litre Combination Microwave Oven in June 2019 and at first it seemed to work well. Unfortunately it only lasted just over a year and a half before it exhibited a fault. I phoned Samsung to get it repaired as it had a 3 year guarantee with it but was told they had no record of me registering it, although it isn't like me to neglect registering items. Consequently, as the on button wouldn't work, we had to buy another microwave to replace it. Our previous microwave we had for over 10 years and still worked. Unfortunately on purchasing the Samsung one we had given it to our son. I would normally think of Samsung electricals as being reliable but not in this instance. Certainly not the purchase I was expecting.

Purchased 05/2020 today half the buttons have stopped working. Not impressed - AVOID!

In the past I have only ever bought basic microwaves mainly for reheating food. On this occasion however I decided to invest in a combination microwave oven because my oven in my cooker has stopped working. I have already cooked Lasagne and jacket potatoes to perfection. The two feature I especially like are Hot Blast and the ability to turn off the turntable. This allows you to cook food in larger capacity dishes. Very pleased with this microwave.

Been looking for a replacement combi microwave with active fry.This model is perfect for crimping chicken,baked potatoes with a crunchy peel.Good price and next day delivery.Would recommend this model if you want quick tasty meals in less time than a conventional oven.

We had been looking for a replacement for a while and settled on the Samsung MC28. It's a good size for a family and has features that really help in the kitchen especially when you run out of room in your normal oven when cooking big family dinners. The grill function is brilliant and the cooking sensor is pure which craft. I have not tried the slim fry feature yet but I'm sure it will work great. It also comes with two grill shelves of different heights and a frying tray. We are very happy with it. My only complaint is the feet as they dont grip the work surface that well but that's a tiny complaint.

Not too big. Stylish and straight forward to use. Quiet. You could do without a main oven for almost everything.

The Samsung Easy view is a great performer, the best microwave oven I have ever purchased. The Hot blast and Slim fry functions, using the Crispy plate, shortened cooking times while producing crispy and tasty food. The Defrost function shortened defrosting without making the food warm. It's definitely a game changer in my kitchen!

This is a great microwave. I haven't used all the functions yet so not a full review but it seems they have thought of everything, it truly is a smart product! I underestimated the size of the thing but it is an oven after all. Make sure you have the space for it including all around.
