This Samsung Microwave was bought to replace a totally useless one. We bought a cheap one as back up to one we already have. Having read all the specs and the reviews from others, I decided that the Samsung was suitable for what we wanted, and it has proved to be a great microwave. It's many functions are easy to navigate and so far have produced great results. .

Being new to using a microwave, I was apprehensive about getting a combi microwave but went for it as it seemed to offer a comprehensive range of cooking options.The instruction booklet is straightforward and easy to read, making it much more likely that we will actually use all of the cooking functions. So far we have no complaints!

The number of possible functions is mind boggling. I particularly like the sense mode for heating liquids like milk. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that the instructions are not great. For example it talks about a table for the crusty plate but there is no table.

Delivery was very efficient and the delivery man was very courteous. The microwave is big but not massive. Use is very straightforward and the features are great. Still getting used to it but so far it's been perfect. Thoroughly recommend.

This is the first time we have had a Samsung and we are very impressed with the number of programmes it has and how well it works too. Easy to understand instructions and a joy to use.

It's the first combo microwave I've had or used and so far different items have cooked well. I read the instructions right through first to understand how it works, especially as some reviews said it was a bit complicated. Now I've got the hang of how to set the different cooking options it seems ok. I have cooked fresh vegetables & fish, they were all perfect and cooked without oil or frying which is good. Warmed items through, de-frosted and using the microwave option is the same as a normal microwave. I'm very pleased so far as it was expensive compared to the more basic machines and I wondered if I would use all of the options.

Good price, great product, great service - would definitely recommend! Combo microwave is a bit complicated to start with but a brilliant addition to the kitchen once you get the hang of it. It does everything - except peel the spuds!
