I am still learning about this microwave. I had it for several days before my grandson was able to read the instructions and tell me how to get started. I can now microwave and am using the hot blast, but there are still many things that I have to learn. This is about the 10th machine I have purchased over the years and the first that I have had trouble learning how to do simple things.

After a week, the microwave has been easy to use with the view facility very handy, for the cooker is set at eye height, so we can watch those liquids which soon boil over. We haven't tried all the functions as its a multifunctional cooker but will do soon, aided by a rather comprehensive cooking guide. Its an easy clean model and fits in well in our modern styled kitchen.

Great looking & it cooks really well. Easy to use, however the inside cooker space is smaller than what I was expecting. Forget putting things like a full size pizza in there as it just won't fit. Overall a very good cooker though.

This purchase was to replace another Samsung microwave, and as I had been very happy previously model. I just went for the updated model! I like the design, and the digital buttons are very easy to use. I also prefer the push button door opener compared to actual handles that stand out. Very easy to understand and use.

Tried the machine a few times now and getting to know all the buttons and features. A bit complicated at first but with practise its becoming a very useful oven

This product is brilliant I no longer need to use my normal oven and I hardly need to use a frying pan! It's great

Having had two Toshiba Microsoft previously, I was in some trepidation about purchasing the Samsung. Surprisingly, I found the cooker hashish to operate, and my cooking turned out very well. I particularly like the one touch microwave option for reheating tea and coffee, as I get so engrossed in life that it goes cold. Any cakes or cooking for my guests have always come out perfectly and I'd recommend this cooker. The only thing that I do miss is having the interior in stainless steel, but this is purely aesthetic on my part.

The oven is beautiful having a black glass front panel finish. The electronic display is invisible until powered up. There are a lot of cooking methods and combinations and its good that there is a press and jog wheel to make cooking set up convenient. Times can be set in 5 second increments. 15 seconds is perfect for a mince pie. The results are just what you would want. There is a sensor cooking mode that analyses the cooking gasses to determine the cooking time and this has worked like magic. The turntable can be switched off so that large rectangular cooking containers can be used. I expect that proper "flatbed" ovens might give more even results. Turning the turntable off requires mid cook stirring. The manual lacks an index and that is significant because of the cooker's versatility. Some foods - like potatoes - can be cooked in a number of different ways (including that sensor "magic"). We found it best to download the PDF manual from Samsung. Then you can search it (say for "potato") and find the various methods available. It will probably be rewarding to read the manual carefully and try out a few examples before trying to cook anything. There is nothing that we do not like.
