This is an excellent product - for the first 18 months or so. The dough-proving is great, oven turns out perfect bread, microwave does what microwaves do. Grill works fine though slightly slower than a toaster or main grill. But we ended up replacing it as the buttons stopped working and we had basically an enormous digital clock on the work surface. Did a bunch of research and it seems to be a fault of most brands of combi microwave oven unless you go all out for a Sage or Neff, both of which were slightly too big for our work surface so we got basically the same model again.

It's a great little combi microwave oven, very easy to use the only downside is it doesn’t come with a manual and there are lots of cooking options and setting. Maybe a manual and quick recipe book might be a good idea. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase which so far has given superb cooking results well done Samsung.

Very light in weight. Fantastic colour in black, very stylish and sophisticated to look at. Samsung is one of the best products around. Very easy to operate and understand. Two metal stands are fabulous and the non stick plate is fantastic. I would recommend this product to anyone. Love it love it love it. Thanks Claire

We have the same issue as the previous reviewer - we have had this product for 19 months and the buttons have stopped working - expensive bit of kit to only last just over 18 months, there is only a 1yr warranty on it (likely for this reason as seems to be a common problem!)

Very nice combination microwave at a very reasonable price

Brilliant smart oven - very pleased so far, particularly with the Smart Fry option. Fairly easy to use, once you get the hang of it, although more info on the yoghurt/bread proving feature would have been helpful. Overall, happy with this and would recommend!

As a combination microwave, it has a lot of functions - some of which I’m unlikely to use. The instructions - and controls - for straightforward microwave and convection functions are unnecessarily complicated.

Superb product, well worth the money. Great looking, really well engineered and finished. Every function I could possibly want or need, plus a whole lot more. Highly recommended!
