Great product. Heats up quickly for the convection mode and it looks great!

We have the same issue as the previous reviewer - we have had this product for 19 months and the buttons have stopped working - expensive bit of kit to only last just over 18 months, there is only a 1yr warranty on it (likely for this reason as seems to be a common problem!)

This is an excellent product - for the first 18 months or so. The dough-proving is great, oven turns out perfect bread, microwave does what microwaves do. Grill works fine though slightly slower than a toaster or main grill. But we ended up replacing it as the buttons stopped working and we had basically an enormous digital clock on the work surface. Did a bunch of research and it seems to be a fault of most brands of combi microwave oven unless you go all out for a Sage or Neff, both of which were slightly too big for our work surface so we got basically the same model again.

It's a great little combi microwave oven, very easy to use the only downside is it doesn’t come with a manual and there are lots of cooking options and setting. Maybe a manual and quick recipe book might be a good idea. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase which so far has given superb cooking results well done Samsung.

Great product for a very reasonable price. Very happy with the delivery service too.

Nice microwave with some good extras. Being able to switch off the turntable is useful and allows for larger cookware to be used. Have had several combination microwaves before and this one compares really well. Hoping the ceramic interior will make it easier to clean.
