Poor Life span for the Price (18 months!)

We have the same issue as the previous reviewer - we have had this product for 19 months and the buttons have stopped working - expensive bit of kit to only last just over 18 months, there is only a 1yr warranty on it (likely for this reason as seems to be a common problem!)

Great combi oven if you don't mind replacing every couple of years

This is an excellent product - for the first 18 months or so. The dough-proving is great, oven turns out perfect bread, microwave does what microwaves do. Grill works fine though slightly slower than a toaster or main grill. But we ended up replacing it as the buttons stopped working and we had basically an enormous digital clock on the work surface. Did a bunch of research and it seems to be a fault of most brands of combi microwave oven unless you go all out for a Sage or Neff, both of which were slightly too big for our work surface so we got basically the same model again.

It's a great little combi microwave oven, very easy to use the only downside is it doesn’t come with a manual and there are lots of cooking options and setting. Maybe a manual and quick recipe book might be a good idea.
Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase which so far has given superb cooking results well done Samsung.
