Product good service from AO good, delivery people very un helpful. Wouldn't deliver to 2nd floor apartment, my wife and I had to manually get it up, we were at least 30 years older than the delivery people.

Have had it since Dec 2020 and already experiencing issues with the doors. Fridge door swings too wide and the door seal is no longer working properly. I have to double check constantly that it's closed. There seems to be no suction/ magnetic pull. Disappointed with this product

ordered as I had Bosch refrigerators in the past and they tended to be sturdier and better built than competition. Just received the latest one “made in Turkey” look8ng at it it looks like just another low end piece of kit with a premium priced badge. Looks as if it is a generic fridge by a contact manufacturer like Vestel with Bosch branding. Very disappointing - will not buy Bosch again

Product good but delivery guys dented side of fridge door taking up stairs .. I only noticed once they had gone so that was a shame

This fridge freezer is a good high but inside the fridge freezer it's very narrow shelfs are deep.

Great product. It really is. The ONLY let downs (as far as I can tell) is that there is no indication as to what temperature is inside the fridge so we had to adjust the control up and down to avoid some products becoming frozen. Secondly, the backs of the freezer drawers are open and things can fall out into the drawer below.

We had to buy a new fridge/freezer in a hurry as ours died a death with no warning just before Christmas, so didn't get a chance to really look around, so this was an emergency purchase. This looks great and it's nice to have the door alarms, the fridge is what we expected. Just a little disappointed on the freezer volume, my old on was hotpoint-50/50 and this is a 50/50 but doesn't hold as much, the top draw though deep can not be filled as the top of freezer sloops.
