Have had it since Dec 2020 and already experiencing issues with the doors. Fridge door swings too wide and the door seal is no longer working properly. I have to double check constantly that it's closed. There seems to be no suction/ magnetic pull. Disappointed with this product

Ordered this fridge/ freezer as we have moved house and our previous unit was way too big. The guys who delivered were super efficient and placed it almost where it was going to stay, all we had to do was remove the packaging and swap the doors over to the other side, which was very straight forward to do using the clear instructions. So far its performing well, very quite in use. The units easy to move around by one person, although we have wooden floor, may catch on lino type floors! Only three gripes with it, the little pegs supplied to block a little hole when swapping doors over don't fit and they are the wrong colour. The top drawer of the freezer has been made with half the back missing, either don't put so much stuff in it, or, forever take what's fell out onto the drawer below every time the top drawer is pulled open. The ice cube tray is pants, would prefer a square section one rather then the rounded bottom one supplied.

Product good service from AO good, delivery people very un helpful. Wouldn't deliver to 2nd floor apartment, my wife and I had to manually get it up, we were at least 30 years older than the delivery people.

ordered as I had Bosch refrigerators in the past and they tended to be sturdier and better built than competition. Just received the latest one “made in Turkey” look8ng at it it looks like just another low end piece of kit with a premium priced badge. Looks as if it is a generic fridge by a contact manufacturer like Vestel with Bosch branding. Very disappointing - will not buy Bosch again

Fridge Freezer is excellent so much room in the Freezer.and very happy with fridge. This unit is so quiet you have to put your head up against it to hear it. Easy to adjust temperature. Overall very pleased with this unit.

We were limited for choice for the replacement FF as the appliance sits in a larder and had to be less than 180cm high. The Bosch FF being frost free seems the best choice. Changing the door over was easy with clear instructions to follow. Both the fridge and freezer compartments got to operating temp quickly. The operating noise level is low and my wife has checked it a few times to check it is still working (it is). The only reason we have no given it 5 stars is the fact that the top shelf in the freezer is an open shelf which means you have to think about what food is stored on that shelf so it does not fall out. NB - we have only had the appliance 1 week.

This fridge is a good size, especially the freezer drawers. For the cost it is very good value for money from a reputable brand.

Thus new fridge freezer has the perfect size for my house, plenty of freezer space which was important to me a very good size fridge.
