Not a great washer dryer. The wash cycle takes such a long time, even if you put it on time saver. And it doesn’t dry properly, clothes are still damp after being on for hours. Wouldn’t buy again

Not impressed. Wouldn't recommend at all. Washing cycles ridiculously long. Washing not as clean and fresh as my previous machine (wish I'd kept it but swopped for a washer/drier). Nice and compact with good sized drum but other than that, nothing complimentary sorry. 1 star and that's generous.

Starting making funny noises when drying after the first time , not impressed at all !!!! Now waiting for an answer but if needs to be repaired from the beginning …..

unreliable and somewhat fragile washing machine, despite only light use ours got stuck on the drying cycle so the circuit boards were replaced, it did one wash successfully then immediately went back to being stuck on the drying cycle, then the control panel was swapped with no success, now waiting for a replacement, have lost complete confidence in this brand now.

Ive never ever ever known a wash cycle take so long in my life. 1hr 50mins for a quick wash... no 'dry only' function. Used twice and swapped for another machine. Hopefully better than this.

Awful machine. Replaced an existing Indesit which was fine for years but this model is an absolute disaster. I researched the model as I wanted a quick wash which, on Indesit website, it said it did a 45 minute programme. It doesn’t. 2 hours seems to be the norm. The dryer turned itself off after about 10 minutes. To their credit, Indesit conceded that the information is incorrect and as the dryer was faulty as well offered a complete refund. AO were excellent and offered a more expensive model for the same price as this so excellent service but don’t waste your money on this.

Machine did not work waiting for indisit to come and fix it. Pay a bit extra and get a decent model

Made a big mistake in choosing this model. I wish I had bought a better model. It noisy, takes an age to wash and the drier is not any good. Unfortunately to late for me. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
