This cooker was to replace a 3 yr old condemed simular design. The new one is far superior in everyway especially construction. It is stronger, the paint was flaking on the joins and peeling off in chunks on the hob, the numbers on the knobs was rubbing off. Two of the jets would not stay on. Very disappointed. The indesit had addtional features.the guard for the grill to protect knobs, the design of the knobs, removeable glass oven door and a light in the oven. The only problem which I did not notice is the celcius oven settings. I like gas nos and would have changed the knob but its painted on the oven casing so cant. Delivery 1st class so am very satisfied so far.

Totally disappointed. To sell and distribute a nearly £300 cooker with grilling facilities and 5 potential shelves to cook food on, and supply the purchaser with 1 shelf and 1drip tray to be the sole cooking aids is an absolute disgrace. I rang up to see where the griller was and was to use the shelf with the drip tray under it and go and buy some oven gloves to get the food out of the oven. Me being 74 next week with thin skin issues had to go and buy a grill pan for my newly purchased cooker. I also asked how you cook different items on other shelves if there is no shelves. I was offered an exchange for a twin oven (no discount) but having paid an engineer to connect it up. It would have cost me more money which i havent got .Thats why I bought the single oven because thats all I could afford in the first place. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!

Simple gas cooker is wonderful. Looks very nice and size is very nicely fit in my not big my kitchen. So easy to use, specially my old age.

My new cooker is easy to operate and easy to clean as there are no awkward areas . The oven is really easy to access with its pull down door and love the fact the flame is concealed. The only negative for me is the guard you have to fit in order to stop the control knobs melting when using the grill.

Decent sized oven (previous cooker from other brand had very small oven width internally). Sensible range of gas burner sizes. As basic cookers go at this lower price range, it's substantively better quality than those which are a little bit less.

I needed a no fills cooker, I looked around the main dealers on the market I found this Indesit 500mm cooker, it was great value and does the job well, good buy.

Bought this cooker for an elderly relative, unfortunately they struggle to use it. The oven temperature is in degrees rather than gas mark and the temperature scale is underneath the temperature knob so it’s very difficult to see. Plus they struggle to see when the oven is lit as the flame is hidden underneath. Otherwise it a solid low end oven.

I really love my new cooker, it's easy to control, user friendly and looks very smart. I'd definitely recommend this product to friends and family.
