This is my second induction hob. This is the same make as before. What I like about it is that it has the clean cooking of electric and the control of gas. This is the most efficient way to cook as it only heats the pan and not the surrounding air. Would not use any other type. There was a problem with the pans to start with as you can only use steel ones but now there are loads on the market with work with induction. I have even found a cast iron one which has been adapted. Very easy to clean as it is a flat glass surface so also hygienic. As you can see from this I love it.
