Awful machine. Broke once during the warranty period with water flow issues, broke again just after 2 years of ownership with drying issue. Haier had no interest in helping when out of warranty period. Not a premium product, not a premium service. It works out cheaper to scrap this machine after 27 months and buy another cheaper one as the repair costs never make sense.

Lovely product very easy to use, fit and so quiet when it’s running. Would definitely recommend to friends especially for the drum size and the quick wash for teenager emergencies.

Super quiet, light in the drum is a great feature. Ashes and dries brilliantly.

Once you figure out which programme to use, as the manual isn’t much help, it is really good. Can do a full load, was and dry, in about four hours. Less for smaller loads. Quite economical I think. Under a pound for a full wash and dry.

I would give this product no stars if I could. Reading some of the other reviews I’ve had to check I had the same machine because it’s terrible. My clothes come out of the washer full of little bits of lint because there’s no lint filter so I’m guessing it all stays in the drum and then sticks to your clothes. The dryer is beyond infuriating, after a 3 hour dry cycle it’s still wet because the filter at the bottom of the machine needs emptying, apparently this should be done once a month but actually needs doing after every single dry cycle so if you have any type of mobility issues this is not the machine for you. Also you get no warning that this need emptying until you open the door and your washing is still wet. You can’t put almost dry washing in the dryer to finish it off because for some reason when you switch it on to dry it floods in a load of water. A very expensive machine to run, I definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

Purchased this machine twice now because i refuse to use another machine. Beautiful looking, modern, huge drum and so many great features and very quiet. 10/10 would recommend for a washer-dryer.

Fabulous quiet machine. Eco friendly, adjusts the washing time based on the weight of the load. Brilliant.
