Awful machine. Broke once during the warranty period with water flow issues, broke again just after 2 years of ownership with drying issue. Haier had no interest in helping when out of warranty period. Not a premium product, not a premium service. It works out cheaper to scrap this machine after 27 months and buy another cheaper one as the repair costs never make sense.

I would give this product no stars if I could. Reading some of the other reviews I’ve had to check I had the same machine because it’s terrible. My clothes come out of the washer full of little bits of lint because there’s no lint filter so I’m guessing it all stays in the drum and then sticks to your clothes. The dryer is beyond infuriating, after a 3 hour dry cycle it’s still wet because the filter at the bottom of the machine needs emptying, apparently this should be done once a month but actually needs doing after every single dry cycle so if you have any type of mobility issues this is not the machine for you. Also you get no warning that this need emptying until you open the door and your washing is still wet. You can’t put almost dry washing in the dryer to finish it off because for some reason when you switch it on to dry it floods in a load of water. A very expensive machine to run, I definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely terrible. The drum went on the first machine after only a short period of time. Haier sent out engineers to fit a new drum but the grinding and banging continued, so had the machine replaced with the exact same model. After another short period of time, the dryer stopped drying leaving clothes wet after being on a full dry cycle for hours. Resulted in huge electric bills due to having to run the dryer twice to get anything dry. Part of the problem seemed to be water being dumped into the machine at the start of spin or dry cycles, something one of Haier's engineers said was a design function to clean the door which was absolute nonsense as it didn't happen every time and no other brand of washer dryer has this weird function. Then the dryer started jamming at 20 mins left on the cycle but kept drying for well over an hour with the machine becoming very hot to touch and had to be swtiched off at the wall to cool down. The delicate wash function then started to jam at 18 mins and continued to spin for ages whilst displaying an error code stating the machine wasn't filling with water when it was. Then the door catch started jamming after cycles had finished and had to be released manually using a screwdriver. Had two engineers out via Haier who checked everything on the machine and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Thankfully AO were very helpful and got us our money back, took away this machine and replaced it with another brand (not Haier) machine that we're very happy with.

Would not recommend this machine! Have had continuous issues with this! From the dryer not working to the pump needing to be changed all within the first year. 5 call outs for the same fault of FD (overheating) for the first machine. Decided that it must of been the one machine. Replacing it with like for like 3 times I have had to call out for the clr filter and now back to the old issue of FD! Not what I expected with such an experience machine!

Great looking washer/dryer, worked really well until the FD error popped up. Haier replaced parts and within 10 mins it broke again. Turns out this is a common fault. AO were brilliant and let me have my money back but I’d stay clear of this machine.

Dryer broke after 8 months, appears to have been with a known fault. Dryer couldn’t be repaired exchanged for Samsung washer dryer.

This is the second haier washer dryer I’ve had in 6 months as the first one broke. The machine as a washer is ok, does the job and is quite. The drying side of this is a joke. It takes hours to get clothes dry and double the time of a separate dryer. Once you have dried your clothes the machine is full of fluff especially round the rubber on the door which is hard to make sure you get it all out. If you don’t get every last bit out the machine the next time you do a wash your clothes end up covered in fluff and you have to re wash your clothes. I wouldn’t buy a haier machine again and I’m waiting to see how long this one lasts. If you have a busy household and need clothes washed and dried quickly this is definitely not the machine to get.

Loved it at first. It washed and dried my clothes nicely and looked great in my kitchen however, lots of lint started to gather in the door seal after drying, then my clothes weren’t coming out dry and finally it stopped working. I had to call out repairs three times under the warranty and finally had it replaced with an LG washer dryer instead. Wouldn’t recommend this product at all, complete waste of time and money.
