In every way this is a great washer dryer, looks good lovely and silent and the washing come out great. Old towels are once again fluffy, however if my wife accuses me of switching it off halfway through a full 3hr cycle again, it's going to the dump!! If you come within 3ft of the on/off switch it shuts off! Even if you child lock the damn thing. Ours is situated near the sink, me being the dishwasher it's forever turning off when I lean over. Had a full on argument and had to defend myself, so 3 stars for that thanks...other than that it's great

This was a replacement appliance arranged by the manufacturer as the old one had been repaired three times under warranty for the same fault in 12 months. As this was a warranty replacement I would have expected the delivery guys to install the replacement machine and take away the packaging - this did not happen and the delivery guys said they were unable to as they had not been told to by AO. Its a good job I was able to install myself and I did not have to pay someone to do it. I commented on this to AO and so far have not even had an acknowledgment.

Washer is Good. Dryer takes very long and gives inaccurate time remaining.

Purchased a washer dryer to enable us to free up our dryer space. Not impressed with the dryer element. Can’t just dry items, doesn’t dry, clothes are wetter than when they went in. Not fit for purpose. I had to use my old dryer to dry. The washer is good but doesn’t take the powder down, have to put the powder in with the clothes.

Good washer. Doesnt get clothes completely dry. An engineer is coming round to replace a part, which I'm assuming will fix the problem. But it's taken a while to get to that stage.

Works well but is super noisy on spin and the I-refresh doesn’t work.

I purchased this washer dryer thinking I was ordering the one with Wi-Fi and an app Haier i-Pro Series 5 HWD100-B14959S8U1 but AO seem to have sent me the Haier HWD100-B14979S it looks like the one that they sent is more expensive but the same model without the smart tec. So more money but not as good. I am really very disappointed I won’t be using AO again.

This machine looks great and in terms of function is great. It feel well built and like it would last. The only issue we have had is it is not quiet. This will all depend on what your floor is like. Our kitchen had a suspended wooden floor, like many other properties. The machine created so much noise and vibration that it was felt and heard two rooms away. It’s not the levelling as this was checked twice by an engineer and the machine was even replaced. We had to return and bought a slightly cheaper machine. While that’s not necessarily quiet, it doesn’t claim to be either. I’d highly recommend if you have a solid base, but not if you have suspended wooden floors.
