I bought this as I was wanting to conserve space and find something more economical. Can't complain at all. As far as washers go, this one is pretty silent. The economical wash and dry is rather lengthy, but that's why it's energy efficient. So we use this on a night time. Reading the manual is definitely a must, as there are some features like a child lock for the touch panels that aren't obvious. Normally used to having 2 separate units, and when drying the door is locked throughout. Also lint waste collects a lot easier and easily removed from the edge of the drum. You don't need to worry about separate waste for the dryer, it all goes out the same pipe. I can leave it on overnight and everything is washed and dried and ready for morning. You just have to get used to smaller loads so you don't break the drum or overload the machine. With a weeks practice you get used to it. Also learning not to rely on the wash and dry button will also cut down wash and dry times. I put a lot of research into finding the right product, which given the price and guidance I found online, this seems to be the best of the bunch. You buy cheap, you buy twice in my opinion. So don't expect to buy something cheaper that is better rated. It is well worth the money, its sleek and nice looking, and rather quiet. I actually had to check it was on a couple of times it's that quiet. As someone with a busy work and home life and not much between I highly recommend it.

Rubbish, wouldn’t buy it was on my third one then the heater packed up on the washer dryer!

Poor product Doesn’t dry very well and it broke a year and half in to having the machine

This was a replacement appliance arranged by the manufacturer as the old one had been repaired three times under warranty for the same fault in 12 months. As this was a warranty replacement I would have expected the delivery guys to install the replacement machine and take away the packaging - this did not happen and the delivery guys said they were unable to as they had not been told to by AO. Its a good job I was able to install myself and I did not have to pay someone to do it. I commented on this to AO and so far have not even had an acknowledgment.

Dryer broke after 8 months, appears to have been with a known fault. Dryer couldn’t be repaired exchanged for Samsung washer dryer.

Loved it at first. It washed and dried my clothes nicely and looked great in my kitchen however, lots of lint started to gather in the door seal after drying, then my clothes weren’t coming out dry and finally it stopped working. I had to call out repairs three times under the warranty and finally had it replaced with an LG washer dryer instead. Wouldn’t recommend this product at all, complete waste of time and money.

I live in a flat with an open plan kitchen/living room. I needed a washing machine that was quiet, looked smart, and was efficient. This ticks all the boxes. Pros - really is quiet with the direct drive tech. - the auto wash modes weigh your clothes and adjust the wash cycle time to suit - dries clothes really well. - a lot of wash cycle options Cons - the number of was cycle options can be overwhelming on day 1 but once you figure it out, you appreciate it.

The haier washer dryer is a nice little washer and I love the light that comes on inside the drum. My clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. There’s a good choice of programs that done take take hours to wash your clothes. Can’t fault the washing side of this machine. Now on to the dryer :( I regret getting rid of my separate dryer as this machine is rubbish for drying clothes. It takes hours to get thing dry compared to a separate dryer. To dry bedding it takes 2.5 hours. I am a mum of 4 and I use my washing machine a lot. But when trying to dry anything it stops me from washing another load for hours. Also after it’s finished drying there is fluff around and inside the seal of the door and drum which is really hard to get rid off. If you don’t get it all out the machine then the next time you do a wash you end up with all bits on your clothes and have to re wash them. I love this machine for washing but for drying it’s a nightmare and takes far to long. I regret my purchase and should have gone for separate machines like I originally had.
