It’s a good machine, it’s quiet, it does a good job of washing and drying. But be prepared to do a little investigation and some trial and error when you first get it as the manual doesn’t do a good job of explaining the different programs this machine offers. Having said that once you work it out, it works a treat.

We haven't had a washer/dryer before so what can I say about this Haier washer/dryer it's very quiet when on looks fantastic has great programs we are sooooo happy with this product and would recommend it to family and friends and the service from ordering to delivery is fantastic with ao.com

So far, so good. A very quiet machine with a good drying function.

I did loads of research before buying the Haier washer dryer and scoured all of the reviews for a wide range of washer dryers before narrowing it down to this one. I was dubious at first with it not being a well known UK brand and was also worried as there were some negative reviews but decided to take the plunge as from what I had researched the positives outweighed the possible negatives. Overall I am super happy with this washer dryer. I use the cotton 20 cycle wash for everything apart from delicates and it takes an hour which is the shortest full wash cycke according to the manual. The only annoying part to this cycle is the spin is a low speed so I pop it on a separate spin at 1400 which takes 10 mins. I do a mixed load of items and then take out what can't be tumble dried and then pop the rest on iron dry which takes a couple of hours and then either pop back on for another half hour to finish off or air the items to finish them off. The machine looks smart, is quiet and is energy efficient on both the wash and the dry from what I can see on the smart meter when using it. Not tried the other cycles yet but really happy with the one I've been using anyway. Would definitely recommend this washer dryer. Also had an excellent service from AO. I realised the day before delivery that I had ordered the wrong product. Was able to swap it and still keep delivery with no problem. Delivery was at the time stated.

This is an excellent washer dryer. It is so quiet and more than up to dealing with the mountain of washing now generated by our baby!

I love this washer/dryer. It's got a sleek design, is easy to navigate and is so quick. The Auto function hasn't let me down yet ??
