This is the first carpet washer I have ever bought or owned so I cannot compare to others. I bought Henry to clean my bedroom carpets and a couple of rugs around the house. Maybe I was expecting too much from him as I didn’t think the carpets came up as good as I thought they would, but, like I said I have nothing to compare against. My carpets are fairly old and to be honest they’ve seen their fair share of make up accidents and spillages over the years. My living room rug, which is fairly new, cream, and shaggy, came up lovely. I did find it a bit tricky to put together but now I know where everything goes next time should be a doddle. I think overall Henry is a good carpet cleaner but he’s not a miracle worker.

Love it!!! Easy to use, very easy to clean after use. Does a great job. Has a quality feel to it. The hand held upholstery attachment is quite long and does make it a little difficult to get into some tight areas of the car - but I am being really picky with that. It really is a fantastic thing. I would recommend!!

Best carpet cleaner ever. Have 3 dogs and uprights get clogged with hair -despite hoovering a million times ( with a Henry of course) this numatic fully comes apart making cleaning easy. It is easy to use and cleans the carpets brilliantly. Its a little cumbersome around the house, but the benefits far out way that. Well worth the money, highly recommended by an actual user!!

Very impressed with the ease and thoroughness of the cleaning on our laminate flooring - the difference in cleaned and not cleaned areas were quite evident - even in the kitchen - which is cleaned every day.

Long time user of a standard Henry, so when we needed a new carpet cleaner thought we'd give the blue brother a try. Not disappointed, cleans well and leaves the carpet almost dry. No issues with cleaning up after our muddy tortoise. Works well on rugs and our sofas too. Only real downside is the lack of the cable reel you find on the original Henry.

I’ve used one of these machines before and I find them a good machine the only negative thing they’re a bit fiddly when emptying and topping the solution up again I’ve used the Karcher and they’re easy to do but they’re not as compact machine to use so there is a price to pay for the compact size

I have been using Henry carpet cleaner for 1 week now..and honestly this is the very best carpet cleaner I have ever used...the suction of dirt water from the carpet is unbelievable. Very Powerful and cleans and dry my carpet as the it cleans.

After washing and valeting a few cars with this machine I think I have created a business out of it with many satisfied customers seeing the difference in their interiors. The complimentary liquid that comes with it is also really good and I would definitely recommend purchasing this product.
