Great value for money. Excellent product as always from Henry. Easy to use and very efficient.

There are lots of tubes and parts when you first open the box - and with some reading up I found that there's a separate solution pipe to the main hose, which is a bit of a nightmare to be honest - it has to be clipped on and off, which means a bit of faffing every time you want to change the cleaning heads. I love the hard floor head however - it has some nice agitation brushes to get up any walked in dirt or paw prints. I just wish there were some kind of brush on the carpet head - as it's just a 'blade' that passes along the carpet. However, judging by the colour of the water once I'd finished, I recon there's quite a bit of suction power going on. Just make sure that once you've gone over an area with the solution, that you make several passes without pressing the solution release, just so it soaks up any excess moisture in your carpet. It was hard work doing the stairs, as the unit is really bulky - and this isn't great for storage either. Overall - this is a nice product that needs some assembly and some time to get your head around the bits and pieces. It's got its flaws, but if you want a nice deep clean - this is something to certainly consider.

I love Henry Products and this one doesn't let the brand down. I have a large family and also a cleaning business so I clean a wide range of homes and floor surfaces so I was able to test this out in different situations. I would recommend this to any families looking for a good carpet washer, I would even recommend this to small domestic cleaning businesses, does the job well. Pros: *Good Robust Quality Materials *Holds a lot of dirty water so less emptying (you will need to refill the clean water a couple of times though) *Extraction/cleaning fluid supplied: will allow 12 refills of fresh water with extraction fluid *Takes up a lot of water, works better than other more expensive brands I have previously used. *Easier to use than upright carpet washers, allowing you to get into corners, clean the car, stairs with greater ease. *Carpets look great, clean and smell fresh *Cleans hard floors with ease, this will be used in a lot of houses I clean for in the winter, clean all the mud away rather than using a mop and just spreading the dirty water around. Cons: *Bit awkward to put together initially, I will leave it made up now rather than taking it back apart

Just as I would expect from from the ‘Henry’ numeric range, easy to use with great results. I used this at home where I have 3 dogs & 3 children & I was amazed at how much dirt came out of my carpet!

With high traffic areas in my home, I tend to clean my carpets regularly so I spend a bit of time every few months with one of these machines. So far, I am yet to try a Henry, even if it has the same name as me! The included accessories were nice, bringing together the ability to clean carpets, upholstery, hardwoods, softwoods, spills, even cleaning your car or caravan. But add to this, the ability to unblock drains and toilets means this unit is an all rounded package. It was a little fiddly to put together and would have been nice to have just had one integrated pole and hose, but at the price point, I am happy to put that to the side. What I wasn't happy to put aside was the fact that the pole had no way of securing it properly so when you are brushing the carpet or surface it kept twisting, meaning I had to keep stopping. A slight design flaw? Maybe? But it was slightly disappointing. The results, well its got a couple of stains out with the included bottle of cleaner, so I was impressed there. For being a clean-ish carpet anyway it took out a lot of dirt. So the results were great, just getting there was a bit rocky. All in all, if you can put up with the few flaws, its a great fit as an all-rounder.

What can I say! Our car looked like we actually lived in it full time, kids doing football over a very wet winter, dog climbing about! The car was a mess. On first go with the Henry wash, what can I say! It’s amazing. I’m happy to offer lifts outside our immediate family! Well done. Easy to set up the machine and very easy to use. Very happy

Wasn’t sure at first had a different machine .thought I would change to a Henry glad I did . Very easy to set up carpets came up very clean I’m glad I chose the Henry .
