When the dishwasher was eventually delivered and fitted. It didn’t work. Apparently the new dishwasher needed parts. The parts are out of stock. So I cannot recommend this dishwasher and hopefully your delivery folk won’t lie about turning up this time around, when they hadn’t previously.

Currently I’m eating this with 1 star. We had it installed 5 days ago & it’s stopped working. On Christmas Eve. Great.

Avoid already under repair only installed 17th August 2022.

Although the dishwasher is the same size as the one it replaced, it holds far less, is not as straightforward to operate, and doesn't do such a good job.

Very disappointed, having replaced a Zanussi dishwasher with this hot point model, the internal racks and plate arrangements are no where near as good for loading We wish we had checked out the product before purchase

Replacement for a Zanussi . Sorry I bought this , the layout of the trays is appalling , the cutlery tray is a joke and items remain unwashed . The height adjustment is all or nothing . You can’t stack dinner plates next to one another because the tray deviders are too small . No simple start function you have to push three buttons just to start . Not impressed with this machine .

Rather disappointed with the design of the interior tray design. It is extremely limited when compared with the Electrolux which has run and stacked well. Currently we simply cannot get the cutlery, plates (dinner), side plates and glasses for 6 people into it having to resort to cleaning the dinner plates by hand. Admittedly if you had smaller size breakfast plates then they should fit- but why should we? Overall to much price for too little design and technology. No idea why it was given 4.5 stars - in reality it should be 3.

Compared with my previous Hotpoint dishwasher, I was not happy with the loading space for glasses, cups etc. The area designated leaves these items unstable, insecurely stacked and prone to movement / damage during a wash cycle. Other than that, an excellent product.
