My integrated dishwasher was exactly as described and fit the space perfectly. It was my first time trying to install my own integrated appliance and this was really easy to fit the (50cm) cupboard door on. I have now been using it for about a week and my dishes come out perfectly clean every time-even day old crusted-on oatmeal left on the bowl. It's also not loud at all and have never noticed the noise.

Got this to replace the previous equivalent model that we had 13 years. Simple easy to use and reliable too.

We've only used the dish washer a few times but all seems fine. Installation was fairly easy and straightforward. The display is easy to understand and the wash options are more than adequate. Template for fitting the door was fine. The electric mains cable could've been a couple of feet longer to assist with fitting, otherwise all good so far. Let's hope it lasts.

Currently I’m eating this with 1 star. We had it installed 5 days ago & it’s stopped working. On Christmas Eve. Great.

Avoid already under repair only installed 17th August 2022.

The product is as I would expect as my previous dishwasher was a hotpoint. A little trickier to use. Make sure you read the instructions before use especially about priming the salt reservoir with water and salt before use. This was the fourth dishwasher supplied by AO. The first two couldn’t be installed due to a badly positioned drain. AO took them both back without any quibble. I then paid a plumber to re direct the drain into the floor and away from the fitting area. AO then delivered the first hotpoint dishwasher I’d chosen. Unfortunately on inspection this dishwasher had a problem with the door. But again AO arranged a return and delivery the following day of the same model. With the drain out of the way I fitted the dishwasher myself. In hindsight I should have had AO’s guys to fit it as it still proved a nightmare to arrange the pipes to get the dishwasher to fit in properly. But I managed it. The dishwasher has been operating a week now and I’m very pleased with it. A big thank you to the AO team who stuck with me and never quibbled about my fitting problems.

Easy to fit and simple to use, works a treat. The only downside is the quantity of polystyrene used in the packaging - the white goods companies need to find a sustainable alternative.

Easy to fit, quiet and effective cleaning. Good choice of programs. Adjustable height top rack and lower has folding plate rack do you can lay pans etc flat.
