It's good. As others say, it's odd the drawer pulls are at the bottom of the drawers. But very spacious and seems to be working well after a week's use. The doors are reversible which really wasn't clear in the manual online.

Huge amount of space inside. Have had it a few weeks and not a sign of frost anywhere. Fresh vegetables seem to last longer too. Only potential downsides are that it seems noisier than my last fridge but I think I'm just not used to it. And the veg drawer is one big one instead of two small ones so can get a bit heavy. Not enough to take off a star though. My one came with an EU plug which was annoying but AO were good sorting it out after a phone call. It also wasn't branded Hoover, it has a Candy logo, but otherwise exactly as described.

I am over the moon with my new fridge freezer so much more space

This fridge freezer is spacious and quiet. However, as ao.com do not offer a door reversal service, I sought out all information I could about how to do this myself. The Hoover website said that the doors are 'easily reversible' and provide a video, and step-by-step pictures in a model-specific manual (so appallingly-translated that it is nonsensical in places) on how to do it. Neither the video nor manual mentioned anything about the wires which are present in the top right hinge. As I couldn't risk damaging the wiring, I had to call a Hoover engineer to do the work at a cost to me of £72.50. What a scam! Factor in this cost and hassle if you choose to buy this model.

Excellent fridge freezer, it's a brand name I know and trust. The fridge is spacious. light and easy to load, reach and take out. Freezer is perfect size for a smaller amount as it's a 60/40 split. Perfect for the regular use frozen food; bread, veg and the like. All in all a very good all-round product which was easy to order and purchase and was easy to have delivered by a.o. with helpful delivery people. Many thanks and highly recommended.

Great big Fridge Freezer, it's pretty much silent, cannot find fault or reason to criticise.

Love the amount of space inside fridge and the adjustable shelves in door. Would prefer it if there was a small ice cube tray drawer in freezer for easy access to make ice without havig to balance on top of other thigs or underneath bags of peas! Just discovered the useful alert for 'fridge door is open' both a sound alerts you but also sends a note to your phone if you pair it wirelessly! great

The fridge/freezer is as described. Lots of space, especially in the fridge. It is a tall F/F so be aware: I am 5ft 4 and can reach stuff at front of top shelf but not the back. The door has large capacity for bottles (as no separate bottle shelf), but the smaller shelves might not be to everyones taste in size/spacing. We reversed the doors, not too difficult but was 2 person job and we had to tilt the fridge/freezer back quite a bit to reach screws on bottom, so one person needs some strength. We were given an instruction manual in Russian but could easily find English version online. Instruction manual was not very detailed about reversing the door so could be a problem for some people. Also the manual doesn't say anything about leaving the F/F to settle for a few hours before turning on. Luckily the AO person who rang to try and sell us extra insurance did tell us about that. We've not used the wifi option so can't comment on app or that capability. However, 2 weeks on the F/F is working well in terms of keeping food cold or frozen. No liquid of frost/ice build up so far.
